Former President Donald TRUMP has declared he will retain both Starlink services and his Tesla vehicles despite his escalating public dispute with Elon Musk. The tension between the two figures intensified after Musk criticized Trump's tax bill as a "disgusting abomination," prompting Trump to threaten federal contract cancellations for Musk's companies.

Trump's remarks came during a press interaction where he suggested Musk should initiate contact to resolve their differences. The conflict deepened when Trump removed Musk's associate, Jared Isaacman, from consideration for a NASA leadership role—a MOVE that reportedly blindsided Musk.

The tax bill in question extends Trump's earlier cuts but eliminates a $7,500 electric vehicle credit, a decision analysts at JPMorgan Chase estimate could cost Tesla $1.2 billion in annual profits. Musk has vehemently opposed the legislation, warning it would exacerbate national debt.
